About Us & Media

Featured Talk

Our Featured Talk is the first talk on the Media Player below. It's from our church "Open House" where we shared some of the foundational concepts of The Woo. Disclaimer, this talk is a little longer than most of our normal talks.

As a bonus to you, we put two other talks on the Media Player that you may enjoy. The first is: "How to not feel like a slave", which I (Lucas) gave at the Madison Vineyard Church in Madison, Wi. My main influence for this talk was Phil Chorlion, Pastor of the North Jersey Vineyard, the first church I felt at home in as an adult. Phil both taught and helped me regularly experience the Father's love, which is by far the most important thing in my life. I unashamedly used, with permission, Phil's teaching on this subject in this talk. The pictures to the left and right are from Rembrandt's "The Return of the Prodigal Son", which is the Bible story this talk is based on. The slides that I show during the talk are here.

The second bonus talk is: "Where are you on the Hero's/Heroine's Journey?". Some of the movie clips I used for this talk, including the first one, are found here.
